Looking for artist...Caswell?

Any of you guys know an artist named Jeff (?) Caswell? My buddy saw some concept artwork that Terry Cook had done by this man, on his flyers for the Delahaye he's building. Besides the traditional 'old school' Delahayes, he also did some modern interpretaions of them, which is what he's interested it.
Couldn't find a website for him, or anything. Who is he? Contact info?

there is a great artist living in Rogersville TN. he does custom flames, pin strips, drawings,etc .we call him {cass} or casswell .will try 2 git his ph no. this week
