san antonio april 28th rod runs?

texas hambers! what car stuff is going on in san antonio texas on the weekend of april 28th? i have a uncle a good ole boy from north carolina going to visit my cousin and i need to help him out quickly! he told me he was going to a dog show and could see it in his face he needed a alternative choice of a rod run,car show, just car stuff. let me know. truck stuff is cool too as he drives a 49' suburban that he has owned since 1966 that he drove in the great race in last year,pennsylvania to california. thanks guys

On Saturday the 28th of April, Stevens High School is putting on a rod run fund raiser. Show and Shine runs from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. It's geared for kids, but the cars will be there.

On Sunday the 29th, the Rods and Cl***ic auto swap meet will be at 4485 Walzem Rd just west of I-35 in San Antonio. It's held on the last Sunday of every month. Lots of used parts, and a few rods for sale.
