Newbe From Texas

Hello all. My name is Eric and I'm in the Bastrop, Tx. area. I have always like the rat/traditional rod style cars. I have been into racing so I havent had the time or money to build my own rod, until now.
So I'm in need of some title help. I bought a 32 coupe buile on a metric chassis that is a race car that i want to convert to street.
ant sugestions on getting a home built title?
