Mine are toast. I checked all the typical vendors (Chev of the 40's etc etc) and nobody has doglegs. Since these are the worse spots on my otherwise solid 54, I ***ume it's a common area for rot. Any ideas before I spend hours fabricating?
    Thanks

Thats what they are-that arch in front of the rear wheel well-right at the door opening. I thought everyone called them doglegs...Maybe just us Canadians, eh?

Wow, I immediately thought of the section from down the windshield post from the roof to the cowl which is a problem on all the early-mid 50s GM cars.

If anyone has a pair of doglegs or knows of a source, PM me and I'll foot the bill since I sold Todd the car.

Ahhh OK, you crazy canadians!!! =)

I don't know of a source, but I would sure get ahold of Flat-top Bob. He might be able to hook you up.

And BTW, I don't have a name for that part so dogleg is good enough for me!

Keep watching Ebay also. I just bought one for my 61 Ford after waiting a year or so to see one on there. :)

Thanks guys. I've googled for these and nothing comes up. If I had a Tri-5 Chevy I'd have no problems.
