Shoebox engine mounts for 289???

  1. Dear Guru's,
    Does anyone know of an easy way or a kit to mount my 289 in my shoebox? Any ideas or pics would be appreciated!!

    Bunch of bolt-in/weld-in kits with inscructions on ebay. Opies Rod Shop and Hot Rod and Custom Supply sells em as well has many others. Do a search for a bigger list.

    yea i am looking too, haven't mounted many fords in big cars, would dig seeing some well done examples and or opinions on kits.

    I used some pre-fab mounts - don't remember where from (HRCS maybe?) - it was 8+ years ago. I do remember thinking they'd be easy enough to fab though...

    I made my own mount out of some 2x4 steel and 1/4 plate
