My father has this 63 convertible. We aren't sure if it's a series 62 car, an Eldorado, or whatever. It would be great if we could find out what original options, colors, trim, etc.. were on it new, and maybe how much it might be worth once we get it back together. (Right now it's more an unassembled puzzle than a car!) The VIN is 63F085335 and the build tag on the cowl is as follows: Style 63-6267 Body FW9422 Trim 25 Paint 47 Top 1 Acc EY
Probably not the best question to be asking on a hot rod forum. Try finding a more cadillac focused forum or mailing list for that kind of info. Best of luck.
I've owned several Cadillacs.... it's either a series 62 or an Eldorado. *If it's an Eldorado, it will have the letters on the decklid and have the trim along the bottom edge only. *Series 62 (became de Ville convertible in '64) would have the trim running right through the middle of the door and the qtrs.
