Clutch City = Nickname for Houston earned by the NBA Rockets when the Rockets won the 1994 - 1995 championship after an unspectacular regular season. Houstonians would love this reference, and, well, car people would like the word 'clutch'.

Breakdown = An instrumental break in a song sometimes limited to just percussion(hammering exhaust). In the context of other gatherings named 'roundup' and 'pileup', 'breakdown' has a nice ring to it.
