Just changed the plugs, wires, oil, etc on my $800 Dynamic 88 2-dr Hardtop. Tomorrow we do the cap & rotor, install the dual-point set-up. She went from DOA 3 weeks ago to running awesome last night. Figure I'll set the timing, drop on an AFB and install the NOS Cal Custom chrome valve covers and spin her around the block. It's a great feeling to bring a classic back from the dead, especially when it ain't a Chev or a Ford that you see everyday. Not talking shit about Chevs or Fords, I respect all old rods, but it's nice to have something unique. Plus there's something so "right" about the clatter of a Kettering V-8, they all have a noisy lifter or two!
