these shots are islip (RALPS RACING) westhamton(dimini and shepard) and the rest are island in jersey and a few of national speedway,, the house on the hill, is island,still there they own the track
Those shots with "Car In Tow" on the back remind me of flat towing my buddies' 67 Chevelle back when we were teens. Gettin' to and from the strip was sometimes more exciting than the racing itself. Bob
Something else that amazes me is most people used cars for tow vehicles. I guess that just proves how much better cars were built then too.
They're called eyebrow mouldings. They were hard to find in the early '60's, and almost impossible now, unless someone started making repops..........Woody
