I gotta say, I'd never thought of doing what you did to the rims. They look awesome!

Here's my .02 on what I'd do. Just drop it and drive it!!!

Thanks- Trying to keep it cheap while I make up my mind.
    Got the bullets from http://www.go-kat-go.com/hotrodstuff.html

You ratrod fans can get your pomade there too! ;)

With the rings and bullets, I got rid of the mullet look for under $100.

    If it was me...
Since it has newer front suspension already, I would do 4 bar in the rear, and (ahem) air bag it so it would sit on the ground when aired out. For wheels I would get some steelies with maybe white or black walls, and just paint them black or something that fits the color, or maybe even some chrome reversed. I wouldnt shave any emblems and I would probably leave the step as well. Also I like chrome so I wouldnt be painting the grille if its not already. NO TINT. Maybe a vintage looking seat, "the tuck and the roll" as they say. Ya first thing is the ride on any car for me man.. well thats my opinion. great looking truck to start with though.:)

f100s always look better low my opion only. i would flip the rear axle and get lowering components for the mustang front spindles, springs ect. to keep cost down on ride stance

Just to make it different than it is now (for starters) with little shop time shoot some satin clear over it. Add some tasteful silver scallops and matching silver steelies with '56 f-100 hubcaps. Cut the front frame horns to move the bumper closer. I like the original emblems. (I own a '56 panel, myself).

    Torque thrusts (originals, grey centers.)

lose the rear bumper and chains (I always kinda liked the "fridge door" latches)

lower the rear to match the front.
no tonneau. Fat Lucky has done the only one I have seen that didn't look like **** 20 minutes later when it sagged, or did the cool "balloon in the truck bed" thing goin down the road.

by now, the steps should be by your front door to s****e the mud off your shoes before you go into the house (or cow ****...that's what they were for where I grew up.)

low, lean and fast. and I like the dark windows, but I'm a muscle car guy.:D

Anyone that knows. People on here refer to it as photoshop. Looks like it would be fun to play with.
