    Would this fly under the HAMB dragster rules? It would be cool with a flathead V8 too. Anybody running anything like this?

    I think that car would fit right in. The thought has crossed my mind to build a rear engine car also but Im to lazy to figure out the carb linkage and the clutch and tran linkage.I love the idea, Go for it.

    It would be like building a bellytank with out the tank part.

    Could run it on the salt, too.

    It seems like a cool idea, but if you think about it, you'll end-up with a lot more weight on the front end than you want.

    Works for me. The driver sits between the front and rear axle. Rule # 8 if I remember correctly.
