    Happy tax day for all you last minute filers like me!

    I will be getting a refund to be spent on more parts!!!

    Thats if I get to the mail box before my wife.

    Finally finished mine last night. My wifes ex-employer did'nt withold enough fed tax. So what was gonna' be a new air compressor and a deck on the house is now a $81 refund.
    I think we'll spend it on booze, get faced and curse the government.

    I spent several months last year in Iraq (mobilized Reservist) and all that income was tax free which threw me into a lower tax bracket. I got a little over $4K back this year.

  12. My pooper is hurting:eek: I had to write a $1545 check today and I'm still un-enjoyed. Any one need some cheap daily drivers and some hot rod parts?

    What pissis me off is that I can do my Fed and State taxes in a few minutes online, but I have to make a special trip to the post office to mail out my stupid Local Tax return. Local taxes around here are a flat %, but for some reason I still have to file this **** *** piece of paper every year pretty much telling them we're even. I want my $.39 back for the stamp.

    Man I did my taxes online with turbo tax back in February! already spent the $4789.00 refund!!!!

    :mad: Had to wrtie a $2400 check! Including the $32 fine for not having enough taken out of my paychecks! I hope the winos and worthless eaters choke on their checks....

    me too, got a "lame Duck" previous employer who does not know how to send out W-2's or even find them.

    I hate tax time.
