I'm tryign to figure out who makes the flat head intake like the one Ryan's car runs. I just can't seem to find any info on it or one like it.
A little hard to see but I'm 90% thats a Thickston High Rise. Google it and you'll find a good bit of info. Here is a link. http://www.streetrodderweb.com/events/0703sr_detroit_autorama_editors_choice/
It's either a Thickstun or Tattersfield. They were very similar. Tony Baron ( Baron Speed Equipment ) is reproducing them. Also available from Egge Machine. They both have websites.
Definatley a PM-7 its worth the money if you ask me.....has good fuel/air distribution characteristics...... Buy it from Tony hes a stand up guy.
I've got a PM-7 for my '40 - it's not installed, but it will go on soon. But, an Edelbrock Super will make more power - seen the dyno sheets to prove it - back to back PM-7, Edelbrock Super Dual, & Edelbrock 3x2 - that was the order they finished in too. Still - love the looks of the PM-7 & I'm running one regardless of the dyno!
