Hey Guys-Gals, If ya got some time, stop by Downey Superior Court and flip this perp the bird! He is more than likely going to just get slapped on the wrist, and pay $5k in fines even though that many people could have been Killed!!!!! Hey, I'm bettin the guy in court on the 4th is the fall guy/stoolie pigeon for the real fucker in this deal, the developer/property owner. There's a shit load of development going on in this area, and the owner probably knew whata muther fucker the city of Downey would be to deal with, given the story/history of this property. The fines imposed by the court will be an imposition to the owner, but now he can make the real money off the land. Swankey devils c.C.
Actually P.P. This M.F.P.(with flouride), is the real guy who did the deed by being the leese who felt that he could go around the laws of this land of ours. I really dig the fact that we at least have a system to call this guy out on the carpet. I had a meeting with a fellow HAMBer(Burny) tonight re: the Holy Ghost Cruise. His artwork is tight!!!!!!!!!! We spoke about t-shirts & trophies, plaques license plate toppers.etc. This cruise is for all of us guys, so we can make more memories along the way here. This is why the call to clubs so they can do side routes to here "off the beaten path" to the type of diners,drive ins restaurants, that they may eat at,pass along the wayor even eat at or photograph. This is much along the lines of the 1st Hot Rod cruises that took place except we're not talking the size of ther 1st nats. So please if you have something to add, feel free to add some input.
Well, Perp went to court, Pulled a fast one by showing up w/o an attorney. From what the prosecuting attorney advises me,This is common practice in order to delay the arraignment and for he or his attorney to "not put in a plee that can affect the case in adverse fashion by the not being able to use their options." So we will see what happens on the 18th of April @ 8:30 AM Division #1 in Traffic/Local court of all places. That is when he goes back to court. If a few HAMBers could show up besides me, That would be great.-Strength is shown in numbers & Adriene from the Mod-Com-Coalition to Save the Broiler could use the support. Thanks, Kevin
