just used up the last of my cast iron gray Aeroview paint. Its a really cool color. Not really silver. More of a matalic looking gray. I'm up in No. Cal And I cant find it either. It seems the auto stores only sell Duplicolor brand paint now and its a weak selection. I have better luck at hardware stores now but they are getting the same way. The selection of brands and colors is becoming limited.
Have you tried NAPA TECnique Iron/Block Cast? P/N 7250.... Made by Martin Senour Paints.... Good stuff.....
I really like the Cast Iron, and there universal silver engine enamel. I use to get it at OSH but they stopped carrying it lately. I was wondering were I could buy it also? CBB
I also used to get it at Osh. I liked the red too. I will have to order it direct I guess, but you have to get a whole box probably. Ive been using the cast gray and detail gray from Eastwood lately.
Groucho, We buy our paint at Tomarco in Buena Park. I'll call my salesman and see what I can come up with and let you know. Mike ( Called the vendor this morning and they sell Krylon. I think they have it at the Home Depot but it's "upside down" spray type.)
I work for a company in Huntington Beach CA that stocks hundreds of cases of every aervoe color you can imagine. I think we have some really good pricing here is our website for contact info. http://www.northtowncompany.com or just give us a call 714-897-0700
This is where I get it from. You can order direct but you have to buy a case. Their semi-gloss is the best I have found....
