    Hey everyone,
Still an FNG at the HAMB, but I've become addicted since this is the best message board I've run across on the web :) .
I've responded to a few posts, but this is my first real post, and I could use some help.

A**** my cluster of neglected projects is a little '62 Falcon 2dr that I'd like to give some personality. So far it's still got it's original Corinthian White paint on it, but I'm pondering something a little more exciting like scallops, etc.

Does anyone have pics to share? Photochops?

    Thanks!

Ha, thanks. Must say, this board is far more active than the 'other,' and has more interesting posts in general.

    forget the paint.

FE motor; 4-gear, straight front axle, radiussed rear wheelwells with slicks sticking half outside the body...

I concur with Atch about the paint. You have one of the best potential sleepers in history. It needs a small block (stroker maybe?), either a T-5 or automatic (C4 or AOD), and a durable rear end (8 inch, 9 inch, or 8.8 would work fine). Give it an innocent stance, steelies with dog-dish caps, and quiet pipes. After that, teach those import toads some respect.

In my mind theres only one way to build one of them early Falcons and atch beat me to the punch. Injector tubes on an FE motor stickin' through the hood wouldn't hurt either.

There's a fabricator here in NC that worked on that Holman-Moody Falcon originally that has nearly finished a clone of the car.He worked for H-M and did a lot of fab work on that project. His clone started with a Falcon body ,but he widened it about 6-8",sits on a full out tube road race frame ,huge disc brakes, but the best is that he found and installed a Ford twincam Indy engine.(thats the reason for widening the body/frame)...then to make it even more kick*** he hung an 88mm turbo with an air/air intercooler w/a freon spray bar!! He's is a hell of a fab'r ,even made the doors, the top, trunk lid and hood from scratch
