i'm new to the hamb, and just finished attending the lone star roundup. had a great time, and met a lot of great people. I'm from dallas tx. and thought there might be alot of people in my area who would like to get togther and try a local sat nite meet. there are alot of cool places where everyone could meet up. If anyone is interested post a note.

I think i heard some guys talking about markx's shop on the hamb a few week's before the roundup. but i dont know much about him, or his shop.

I agree with you, Matt, the DFW area needs alot more weekly cruise nights on the weekends. Whenever I'm down here there never seems like there are any car events goint on, except for the Roundup (which makes up for it). In Phoenix we have multiple cruise nights every Friday and Saturday- gives you something to look forward to.
Matt...I am down. Lets get something together. However I am in the same boat as you. I am a newbie to the HAMB and the Kulture. I would like to attend any gatherings going on in the DFW area. I know Hamilton got the Kulture Krawl together a few months back. We need another something like that. Hamilton? What are the chances of putting another gathering like this together? I can offer any help you might need to put something together again. Maybe do something like a one Saturday a month at a certain spot. Let me know what you think. Lomino
the CoolLows in Dallas are on a very big drag (Garland Rd.) in Dallas and have a great little area to meet and run up and down the street...plenty to choose from for eats, gas, and all that....I'll make sure Hank Cash sees this and I'm sure once the call is made, this will become a Saturday ritual.....of course Dallas is big. Ft Worth is big too, heck you could throw Denton in the mix too. With everyone's nutty schedules...it might start slow but it will grow as the word spreads.... Let's give it a day or two and then we'll start making some plans....fer sure.
i'm down for it. sounds like a good idea to me. of course being one of those married type folks, i'll hafta make sure the wifey has something to do that evening as well. matt don't forget PISTONS AND PAINT!!!!! comin' soon.........i hope!!
Yeah... we have been trying to get something together at the shop for a while now... It is on Garland Ave and the Sonic across the street has told us that they would be down with something.... I wish that someone had a spot near the 635 and I-35 area so that it would be centrally located for everyone... Anyone remember Forest Ln back in the late 80's and early 90's???? HC
I am down with a cruise night. I will be at the shop across from Sonic hanging with the Coollows. HankCash and Coollows are some great people.
We will try to swing by tonite, not quite sure where it is on Garland rd, but I'm sure we will find it.
Howdy Matt! Now thats a show i want to make! but driving up to Chicago in a roadster from Texas in Oct. ???? I can see driving to the warm...but away from it???? dunno might just need a plane ticket for that one hunnert car pileup
