    Ordered tire and wheels April 17.
    Was told they were in stock.
    3 phone calls and still not shipped.
    W.T.F. Has anyone else had a problem.
    Really pissed in OHIO!!

    Gonna take a stab in the dark here, have you asked if they shipped and got a tracking # yet? Have you checked your credit card to see if they were billed? Have you spoken with a sales rep to see what the problem,if any, is? Why not try that before you come yelling on our board like an enraged child. not judging just making some friendly suggestions as to how to resolve a customer/retailer problem.

    Have you checked everything out on your end like payment details to see if you were charged? if you haven't, you should have before coming here and bitching.Go ahead and flame me now.

    Yeah ,they have always be good to us ,as well,,and hell 10 days is not all that figure 5 days on the mail in general

  7. I've never had anything but good service from Coker. I for one am glad they are in business, know anybody else who supplies the variety of vintage tire/wheels they do? Give em a chance, see, we here in the south usually operate on a little more relaxed basis, drives them yanks nuts! Just ask my wife. :D
     
  8. Man, you act as if you are the only customer they have. A couple weeks to get an order out is not outrageous to me. When did they say they would go out?

    Even if they went out the same day, it can take a while for the items to be delivered.

    Now that you've posted here though you will get a response.

    I am in no way a part of Coker, or have I ever bought anything from them. I do sell alot of stuff online and get a little pissed at impatient buyers.

    They will sort it out.

    nothing but good things to say about the Coker tire company and quick service at that!

    you'd be amazed how good life can be with a little patience:)

    Yea I called 3 times and they said everything was alright
    but did not know why they were not shipped.
    Yea I checked my card and was not billed
    but they did not know why. W.T.F.

    lol,damn yer in for a miserable life if your getting this worked up over something that could be as simple as a communications error..The whole creditcard -paypal thing,,just cause you did it in 30 seconds online or the phone does'nt mean it was packed and shipped that fast,,,sit down smoke some and relax,,

    Coker rules... And I am bias... Corky is a pal and Coker Tire has done a ton for this community.

    Frankly, I think you are a little quick to pull the trigger.

    I wanted to delete this post... Really badly... Instead, I changed the title and am going to let it ride. As good as Coker is to me, I don't want someone to feel as if they are being stiffed because of it.

    All that said, this is the complete wrong way to go about getting served as a customer.

    Actually...if they didn't bill you... you don't HAVE to bitch at all. It would be a different story if your $$ was gone and they were jacking you around.

    Personally, I've never had a bad experience with Coker...

    Coker Tire & the Coker Family are great people, and they sell great products, count me as a VERY happy customer. :)

    I've personally bought 3 sets of tires and the shop has orderd 7 or 8 sets never had a complant with the service,product or delevery they are A +

    my center tread fell apart on the way to Gettysburg, but when I got back home I called them up and they sent me another one with no problems and arranged a fed ex truck to pick up my bad tire at my house, so even tho I got un lucky with that tire ill still order from coker and universal tires

    Not to be a dick here, but: if the tires are in stock and the guy's credit card is good, three weeks is a long time between placing an order and shipping it out the door. Something has gone pretty wrong here, esspecially given their past service record. Am I smelling some BS in the flower garden here? Gene
