"Stickshifts" Island Invasion June 25,26,27.

Our annual Island Invasion Hot Rod Weekend is coming up.I thought I'd let everyone know bout it.
It takes place here in Victoria B.C.
Friday night:
Cruisin the main drag for a few hours.Then were off to a buddys place for a 'social'
Saturday:
free breaky at my buddys kill bakery.
Then were off on my dad-inlaws annual Garage Crawl for the rest of the morning.
Were then gonig on a mystery tour where we'll end up driving for quite a while.When we stop we eat.The Stickshifts will be cookin up some kill grub on the BBQ.
We'll flounder in the park for a while then head back into town.
Saturday Night:
We have 5 bands lined up to rip it up till the wee hours....

Spread Eagle
Esperanto
Los Furious
Bug House 5
Were just gettin a burlesque show booked too.
Sunday:
Our annual Swap Meet is early.Its a pretty big swap,I book 6 stalls so we can all hang and sell our stuff.
After the swap we'll head back to my place where Dolly and I,along with the rest of the Stickshifts will have a send off BBQ.
Tix are $20-cdn.
For out of town guys we have some options for accomadations,
Hotel/motel or campin at a fellow Stickshifts place.
Let me know if anyone is serious on coming,theres only so many tix for saturday nights gig.......Shiny

 

bttt,cuz I know alot of PNW guys were at the Portland Swap all weekend.WA and OR guys we can getcha a place to stay.The Port Angeles ferry is pretty cheap too.....Shiny
