Rooms For Hamb Drags Nationals

Here's the straight poop.

To get a form to reserve a room at the Headquarters Motel, the Lovley and Senic Ramada Inn Joplin.

Send me an email or a PM
Be sure to include YOUR EMAIL as we can't send it on the HAMB.

I will send the forms to the motel in batch's as I get 20 or 30 of them.

The hotel will email your confirmation so be sure that your email addy is READABLE, last year there were a bunch that were not sent because the emails were not readable.

The rates at the Ramada are 66.00 plus tax.

We have 150 rooms at the Ramada and have overflow rooms when these are filled.

I just sent the first batch to the hotel so you should be getting an email from them telling you your resv number. If you have sent me a form and don't get an email from the hotel by the end of next week drop me an email and I'll check it out.

UPDATE 04/24/2007

All of the forms that I have received thus far have been sent in and the confirmation numbers have been emailed to each person. I also have the confirmation numbers in my office.


GET YOUR RESERVATION FORMS AND GET THEM BACK TO ME.

I know it is still 4 months away but, lets get them done ASAP because

I DON'T WANNA BE DOING THIS ALL SUMMER.
