Anyone in Virginia?? Title question!

I bought a 1953 buick. It had the registration in the glove box from 1974. It has the previous ***le number, owner, and info on it. How hard is it to file for a ***le in Va.? If it's anything like NC, I can forget it, but I guess it don't hurt to ask.

 

No ***le for it. But sure do need one!! It's not stolen, but if you tell that to DMV in NC, they just laugh..

Virginia has a procedure in place to re***le older cars-trucks. The car will have to be in Va to have the ID # verified.

Save yourself some time and money and just buy a ***le for the car online or at a swapmeet.
