I painted my wheels RED!

    The car is great. I agree, It'd be nice to see some shot of the interior. I love the rear pacage shelf blending back off the seats. Very clean and very nice. Did anyone ask what blend of red that is, it realy POPS!

    Wow!! Nice Car!! There is nothing prettier than a red and white '56 Chevy. A friend of mine has a '56 Nomad in those colors and it is killer.

    wtf i thought this was a rat rod post and you show this abomination with all this slick paint and finished interior what a POS. If this is the kind of car your gonna feature I'm cancelling my subscription!:mad:

    The again it does look pretty good doesn't it!

    It's the **** if you like paint and all that fancy schmancy stuff.:D

    all kidding aside it look great but i'm still pissed about the T, wink!

    NICE!!!! I too was expecting a primer special with red wheels. Needless to say, i am pleasantly surprised! (Not saying there's anything wrong with black primer and red wheels.)

    here's a couple quick interior shots,,)63 impala SS buckets and armrest console,59 impala stering wheel,chromed garnish moldings...
    the interior was done in '03 in the first incarnation of the car,,still needs carpet and a few lil other things,,

    the paint color is 1677 red,...

    Well done wouldn’t have thought bucket seats would look good in a 56 but you pulled it off. I’m thinking of putting light interior to make it stand out more. Maybe some pillow top seats. What you do think? JC

    i think silver would look nice in your car,,white looks great,but its a pain to keep it clean,,

    thats the baddest ***ed 56 I have ever seen ! COOL ! I coulldn't sleep at night if that car was in my garage . I know you get alot of attention , again COOL !

    Beautifull post car! I have always thought the 56 had much better lines that the chrome barge 57 chevs.
    The 55 Chev has more of a hot rod look and is more boxy than most shoeboxes.
