In my opinion there's no question about it. YOU should be on the BAD SELLERS LIST. No way in hell should a deal take this long nor should you be out spending a buyers money without shipping the parts. As far as what someone suggested about sending the parts C.O.D. for shipping if you did that to me you'd get them back. You've already shown you can't be trusted why would he believe that you'd reimburse him the shipping cost. The more likely scenario is that you'd stiff him on it. SEND Mule his parts.

Ryan, is it possible to ban this guy from advertising parts on the board?

Chaz, speaking of the bad sellers list - it looks like it was clsoed in 2005. Is there a current list? Where? How do you find it?

Wow, the fact that you're even posting this...??? If it's true that seven weeks has past since you've got the money, you ARE a bad seller!

Even if I'm buying or selling stuff I take pride in handling the deal as fast as I can. When I've bought something I usually can't wait for it to get here, & I expect that people who buy stuff from me feels the same way...

    Chaz nailed it.
You are on my bad person list also with no chance of change.
See mom and dads, this is what you get when you dont give your kids enough moral fiber every morning for breakfast.
And he thinks he is going to get tears from us for his lack of respect,LOL, NO WAY KID.
If the other party does not get his money in 1 week or less please PM me. I love road trips, and in Texas we take care of our own problems fast.

I agree with Larry, but I also have the same business type philosophy with any type of business I deal with.

I sold stuff on Ebay awhile back when I had a buddy working for DHL and had a killer deal on shipping. Whenever something *I* did kept their package from going out immediately once I recieved payment, I'd upgrade their shipping, or depending on the item - I'd give a full refund of their purchase price. I'd rather 'eat' a small loss and be happy to keep my reputation. Anyone who knows me also knows that once I give my word about something - you can write it in stone. After all, a man is only as good as his word.

PayPal may be 'crooked' in the way they do business, but they are trying to protect the purchaser from being defrauded out of items he/she purchases - i.e. MuleFarmer buying parts that YOU offered for sale, collected the funding for, SPENT, and have yet to complete the sale.

That's like going to Burger King and buying a Whopper and the manager telling you he'll deliver as soon as they buy and kill the cow, but not telling you that up front.

If it were me, and after 7 weeks, I'd ship the items, apologize profusely, refund as much of the purchase price as I could, and pray I never see the individual hoping he wouldn't take his frustrations out on me or my ride later on.

7 weeks for shipping and handling? That's just plain bullshit to me. Its not the buyer's fault you had problems.

Your on my do not buy from list....What a ass...take the guys money and then go buy parts with it and not send his parts...and then you claim know that if you send his parts and he doesn't stop the PAYPAL claim that you will be out of both parts and cash...STOP DIDN'T YOU THANK THAT YOU PUT HIM IN THE SAME PLACE!!!! Send the folks that paid you the money for parts there money back. Those that have gotten screw by this guy needs to call his or her banks and get their money back and file fraud charges with their local police!
