Guess I must be out of the loop...who is Mike Ness...and why are pictures of his '47 Chevy so important...??? R-
ness's 47' isn't on coles site, his 54' is the only one on there, check his myspace page or black kat page and you might find some there
The 47 is still in progress, no pix that I know of. The only pix of his rides are his old 55 pontiac and his current cars; 36 Ford and 54 Chevy.
I have looked every where and can not find anything on it...I bought a concert poster last year when they where here in KC and it had a badass sketch on it of a 47/48 with a Desoto grill in it....I will try to get a pic of it up here...and I was at the concert this past sunday and instead of saying "Sitting in my broke down Chevrolet" he said "Sitting in my 47 Chevrolet" on the song Bad Luck so with the poster and him saying that makes me think he is building a 47 chevy plus I heard that the 54 has sold recently on EGAY..... I am only curious because I have a 48 chevy and had always liked the idea of the Desoto grill on one but have never seen one done that way other than the poster... If anyone finds anything let me know... -COS
Ya he's just like Arlen...cant tell the two apart...hahaha I ONLY WISH THE GOOD TIMES WOULD LAST A LITTLE LONGER.
Last thing I heard is that he sold it, bought a 55 gasser and moved to Belton with all the" toothless" people...just rumor though...don't quote me on it.
Are you talking about a black '47 Fleetline...that was Greg Lazerinni's. He sold it to Mike like two years ago. Greg, bagged it and drove the piss out of that 6, it was sweet. Wait a minute, he sold that Red '54 that Cole did for him? If so, Idiot, if not, don't ever.
"social D" Rules My Face Off.... Plus Ness Is Just An All Around Really Nice Guy. Bought Me A Beer One Time.
He has a few projects going at the same time; mostly bikes. The '54 looked nice when Cole Foster got done with it, but I don't think it had the same attitude as when it was in black suede on the back of "Cheating at Solitaire". I fell in love with the Hoodoo Voodoo.
