I wish I liked lowered Hondas. I envy those who dont understand hotrods. Any hobby is cheaper than ours. I also fly model airplanes and the guys out at the field complain about the price of fuel. I always laugh. They have no idea. Five years from now, we will all wish we bought it.
what do you think I am out of line???I had to be real quite at the pleasanton goodguys show when I stole that thing !!! and if i got caught that would be my 4th strike they would put me away for 25 to life now this way i may get double jepordy for committing a double crime LOL

Supply and demand, plus greed. That dash doesn't include the original ashtray or lighter, and those can be expensive, too. Right now I don't know of any other three-window dashes that are for sale, but usually when I find one it's around $1,500. It's getting increasingly harder to find people that are willing to sell their original '32 Ford parts, and it has become more common to find parts that are being sold by people who are just in it for the money. Tonight I took the Reprosteel '32 roadster dash that I recently adapted to fit the coupe and installed a set of eight early Stewart Warner gauges in it. I think it looks great. Since those dashes are made without the oval cutout in the center, there's room for as many gauges as you could ever want to use. The limitation of the stock (and '40) dashes is that there isn't room to add many gauges unless you hang them underneath, or fill everything in and start over. By the way, in case anyone has any, the only sheet metal that I still need for the coupe is a pair of back fenders that can be saved. if you go to item no. 2472278025 on epay, there's a 3W coupe body, started out at a reasonable cost, $6000 now, ?? no doors & some bits missing, but he can supply at extra cost!!
You guys don't get it. The dash is only worth a couple of hundred bucks. IT's those damn glove box doors that bring all the money, especially if it has already been filled in
Dave, I would love to see what your dash looks like. I have no idea what I am going to do, I guess just make it up too. The 32 three window from texas that was on ebay stopped at 11 grand, I thought the prices were mellowing out again..... no such luck I guess.
I can't wait until Brookville starts making these, gotta be cheaper than that ! The dash is also missing the glovebox, which is pretty rare also (gennies are steel).
Jdee is that what a restored one looks like?? Can you guess I have never seen a restored 32.............
32 ford's are good looking cars, but damn, they really don't justify the cost, especially when model A's are hell of a lot cheaper and damn good looking themselves...
Jdee you must be single. My wife would kill me if I put a car part on her furniture. Of course, if I had a dash that nice, she might not object.
you think $2400 is too high? it is! but somebody will pay it. they are getting very hard to find in any condition the body alone on this car was $30,000..then i had to build it...
