Been busy with lots of business traveling and when I finally did get back today I spent the afternoon talking to the new owner of my 29 Sedan.. (it just left for its new home in NJ).. Finally my pictures are uploaded on my site. Here are a few of the ones I really liked and the link to the rest http://public.fotki.com/Boones/car_shows/nsra-south---knoxvi/ cool vintage RPU. ya its flat black with red wheels but I like everything about it. *****in tub... another cool tub a timeless look tough anglia and Kennedy's
here are a few others the first time I have seen 20" bias plys 3 dueces, same owner I was told... I really have become found of these and my vote of ugliest aircleaner at the show..
I second the vote on the air cleaner! Great pictures as always. Thanks Boones. Any chance of running into you at the Jalopy Showdown next week?
FYI-the sedan with the 20" bias ply's is from Danville Ky the wheels are narrowed newer full size dodge truck wheels with the holes filled. I brought the body back to Danville along with my T. as you can see he finished his.
Great pics. I saw that 1st rpu right after Gary Moore "found" it, all there but very rough. Great to see it finished. Typical follow all leads story...Gary was at the paint store I believe talkin' cars and a guy says "I've got a T-bucket"...
great pics boones, we're gonna miss you when you go to the other end of the world. stay in touch. dan
Thanks for the pics Boones. It was good to see you. You must get back this way to see us after you're gone. We're really going to miss you. JH
There is also something about the flamed black 40 Ford Deluxe. It's close to icon status if you ask me.
I'm not usually a tub fan but I think you've changed my mind, both of those are awesome but the brown one just does it for me. Thanks for the pics! Mootz
29... it all goes as plan, moving back to Seattle this summer.. if I can find someone to buy my house that is.. Cedar, I talked with the sedan guy for a little bit (it was his son driving it).. He gave me the lowdown on the wheels after asking twice.. I figured they were OEM spares but they were so narrow then he told me all the work to fill and narrow.. Rich.... wish the woodie was driving.. its killing me not having a driving car, especially as the weather gets good. Cant wait to get the move done so I can go hotrod shopping to reply my sedan.. (with something bigger and probably a longer roof) Mootz, I was with you. I liked them but not overly crazy.. seeing those two together changed my mind.. especiallywith the tonneau covers
