Model A Jungle Gym

Yesterday I picked up a 31 coupe from choppedcoupe, and went to my brothers house for my nephews(5 years old and 3 years old) birthday party. Well they got a new wooden fort/jungle gym that they played on for 5 minutes thats, when they saw uncle Worms new hotrod and had to go check it out and sit in it and play like they were driving. So now my new coupe has become infested with nephews. I'm just glad they liked it and had fun, now the 5 year old wants me fix the model a today so he can race Lightning McQueen. I'll post pics later.

Tsk tsk...thats a tough one to beat.
You need to get them out of there as fast as possible and seal the coupe from future exposure!
If your not careful, in a few years time there'll be a bunch of Hot Rodders running around your property, building things, burning rubber and calling you "UnkL".
What will the neighbours think!?!?

The best nephews I've got. Maybe because they are the only ones! I also got a talkin to cause the boys got filthy from the coupe and the trailer. It was worth it. They got exposed to hot rods and I got to play with my nephews at the same time.

 

Sounds like a great day! Nothing better than a bunch of filthy little boys dreaming about being Hot Rodders!

You mentioned Cars. Every boy that I know under the age of 8 is frickin' crazy for 'ol Mater and Lightning. I think that it's great. My 3 year old, Joey loves it. In about 15 years I think that we will be seeing some of the effects of this movie on our hobby.

kinda sounds like the way i was when i was a kid...me my brother and my dad would always be out in the shop doing something and id always come back the dirtiest but i never accomplished anything. but boy did i have fun!
