like the title says i have a perfectly good 292 but i want a little more pep out of it. anybody got some ideas with a tight budget on the mind?

  2. i know you can order a book from speedway, though i forget what the exact title is. its pretty kick ass. lots of cool & crazy shit. the 292 is definitely the one you want to start with though. not the 235.

I put an M-90 Eaton supercharger from a T-bird on junk yard 292, and drove for 2 years with no problems. The blower was 150.00 at a swapmeet. The only reason I built a new engine was I (stupidly) did not have enough anti freeze and the block cracked. The blower install cost a total of around$350.00

    Kyle-

Get Santucci's book that Kopperhead mentioned. It covers EVERY option (except supercharging). I got mine for under $15 on Amazon.com.
