..................Updated..............READ THIS..........I just rolled the tudor over going to the Last orignal car show a few weeks back. To make a long story short. She rolled on her side , I had to jump out the p*** side. Jump back in once I saw her on fire, to get the fire extinguisher. I don't think I could explain what it feels like heading for a tree with no steering feeling like this is the end. Feels pretty good to know the man up stairs doesn't want me yet. I walked away with only a few bumps. The motor and body are fine, Frame was bent. This happened on a sat and the car was going to be painted on the next tues. Oh well Now she's in good hands By a great car builder.(I think) I found out that later that day I won the Hail Mary award at the car show. She's lost but not forgotten..................................................................................................................................................................................................... I just picked her up yesterday. Registered as a 29 but 30 body. Time now to go thru her. I'm changing out the tires and wheels, go to lakester pipes. Slow changes but she's *****ing.[IMG]

It's a 30 or 31 Tudor but still a nice looking 'A' based on what can be seen in the photo. Hope it runs as good as it looks and good luck with it.

Nice! I saw that on Craigslist. It was offered at a good price!

I also have seen this car in person at the "cops and rodders" car show a couple of years ago. I really like it!

Cool, sounds like a plan: Ditch the wheels and change the pipes. It will change the whole at***ude of the car. I'd chop it too but that's just me. Looks like a great start, I like the finish too.

    Good score.
I too saw it on CL and thought it was a very good price for a running and driving car with a blown engine from a machine shop.
    Have you driven it yet?
I wondered why it was even on CL for the few weeks that it was.
For the price he was asking and the price I hope you paid, I think you got a really good deal.

I bought her from the original builder of the car. He built this A many, many years ago. He drove her everywhere. There are over 20 car show badges inside and outside of the car, Ranging from 1992 to present. He had drag slips for 1985 under the carpet. I have some old pics of this car with a blown injected motor.[IMG]

Here's a few newer shots. She drives like a sling shot. I will update more of new interior. She's going to Paso....so much to do and not enough time. I gave her the name,,The Slot Machine....For the day that I bought her I went to a casino and won 2 times what I paid for her on a slot machine. That was 10 minutes after I paid for her. No sh!T. Here's some nwer shots.

I've done all the interior with a $40 sewing machine. I took a quick how to tuck & roll from the hamb. Not bad for the first time.
