    Don't have much to contribute.

Religious themed bottle done for a HAMBer

When I send out artwork I usually do a little artwork on the box with a thank you, I liked this one well enough to shoot a pic of it. Kind of looks like most of my notebooks in High School.

Now let's see the GOOD stuff!

  10. I took this pic & liked it. I wish I had the equipment to photoshop the crap in the background out... or just blur it.....

Sorry to interrupt but this is as close as I get to art.

Would you Guys and Gals mind if I did another one of those
progression things where I show the stages of the painting in
progress? Or you want me to only show the final product?

To start out this is the sketch with a first base layer of color. You art
types know whats going on. Sometimes I like what I started with
and not the end product. Anyway, here is installment number one.
By the way, I am happy with the end product.

    LOWCAB,

Always - ALWAYS - show the progress pics. That is the real meat of the meal.

I love to see the progression and hear about the media. There aren't enough artists giving the details...

Thanks in advance, your stuff always kicks asphalt.

What are the chances of having prints made of this one?!?!
I would love to frame that up ... inspiration and arrousal in one tidy 2D surface. DAMN is right.

  16. Here's mine, mostly old stuff that you guys haven't seen.

A couple of photos, but mostly paintings.

    Hope you like them.

Here's a little functional desktop art i made for an auction on the LBCC board. It's a 58 Plymouth on hydros with working headlights and tailights. Wiring was a bitch.

zombie, You can put me down for a print of that if you decide to offer them!

I have a spot at the office where it would go just perfect.

    Very nice indeed!

Robin, every post of yours is pure inspiration! Killer stuff. 73roundlight, damn fine work! Graverobber, that's just awesome, man.
Here's a piece from a little while back, figured you didn't want to see later-model stuff (I do have a nifty off-road piece, tho.... )
Anyway, great show so far, everyone!

    O.K. part 2.

Started laying in the darks and a good wash of yellow over the whole
thing. It was much brighter than it appears in this pic. Had to at this
point decide where I wanted color to be poking through the top layer
of color that was to come. Traditionally you are supposed to work
from the darks to the lights/highlights but I needed to pinpoint the
highlights for later on. Hope you are not bored with me yet on this one.
