April 1st was seven weeks ago. Sled, you're doing the "lowerds work", keep it up! Ten pages so far, and just when I think you've logged off, BAM! there you are again with more. I had no idea all that 'tin' was down there! I'm soooo enjoying the pics & stories....please keep 'em coming!

Your finds and pics are very interesting. However, I would like to recommend that you do not spend any time at all working on any of these cars.

Send them all to me. Heck, I can even help with shipping arrangements; let me call some contacts (like BEND, etc...). I'll gladly take them off of your hands and keep them in my garage. You'll never have to worry about them again! :)

Besides, they look like they need way too much attention.

    Give my offer serious consideration.

    Thanks, RGV :D

36 coupes are not exinct, but many are here in Mexico...probbaly cause they were the cheapest ones to buy ...

here a totally original one, just 1 repaint in 1962,car has been bought new and still in the same family,3 generations now...

this car has aprox 3.000 miles original miles in all it's life...almost always stored safely....rust free.

will never be sold, the old man will pass it to the sons...

BTW,my mate aussie Tom appears in the pic,a great skilled metal man from down under...he like it very much!!!

city of cuernavaca is located 40 minutes away from DF (mexico city) and is a relaxed place to live, for rich guys will say....lot of great cars there...

so,need to post couple more threads from the show, the ex-hacienda chosen for the event was awesome,a show itself...
