Should be on the web, they supply all the clips to body shops.

When I worked in one, I used to buy all my old car clips from them.
That was before Al Gore invented the internet though.

    Worth a try?

Oh and what is it for? I might have some on the car.

Edit..I googled auveco, and they are up and running.

  5. My Ford books end at 1959, but Ford used the same clips on alot of cars for alot of years. I find clips from 60's cars on 80's cars.

If you can use my help, maybe a pic with measurements, so I can grab some if I have them, also hole shape/ size on the car.
It might be tough to rely on something ordered up to arrive in by Thurs or Friday.

If I have them, I'll bring them with me to Martinez, then back to Paso on Friday

    Hey Kirk,

How many do ya need? If you've got an example to work with,
in a pinch ya can make your own, for temporary. Are these the
spring clip type or the snap-over type? Both can be made from
cheap carbon steel cut to just fit inside the trim strip. Drill and tack
weld a stud to thru-bolt into the hole the missing clip fastens to.
Later, when the real deal arives, ya pull these and instal the real
    deal. Piece -o-cake!

These are pretty unique. The cross-section of the trim piece is like a pyramid with no bottom and it fits directly over the running corner (the same shape as the trim) of the fender. So, the clip fits up in the point of the pyramid, mirroring the inner shape, and has a clip/stud that goes into a hole. Half of the holes are blind so they clip in. The plastic ones that the previous owner used are basically a 1/4 round plastic strip with a pronged stud.

I don't know if any of that makes any sense.
