goin to KC for a few days to visit some folks that do not have the car addiction that i have...
so i'm asking you guys, are there any car-related attractions (museums, cruise nights, shops, etc.) that I can go see if i get a spare minute?

    Thanks!

No so much car related, but take the Boulevard Beer...beer tour. It is KC's finest brewery on Southwest BLVD in KCMO.

Their beer is outstanding...but do not take my word for it!

Hard to find car stuff going on those dates.

The place in Lenexa is mostly muscle cars for sale but for a buck you can walk around and look at cars for awhile

If you're looking for old Ford parts you may want to head over to Baxter's in Lawrence. They have cool stuff!

Want to watch a bunch of old cars get crushed?

Not car related, but the World War I museum and steamship Arabia museum aren't bad.

There must be a car show in the Springfeild/Branson area this weekend. I have seen some very nice cars on the road the last few days

The Steamboat Arabia museum downtown is awesome just like my pal 97flatrat mentioned. Local guys dug up a sunken riverboat loaded with new goods that sunk in the Missouri River in the 1800's. Everything is preserved almost like new.
