Just a few of the cars that caught my eye this weekend.I know this first car belongs to a HAMB member..
"up at the court house they didnt laugh to type it up, it took the hole staff the, ***le weighed 60 pounds"
Missed last year and said I would absouletly not miss this year. Sure enough $hit happened and I had to cancel. Just curious I had my eye on a red '55 4 door station wagon in the Xenia area, did anybody see it for sale at Springfield???
just came across this link of cars for sale at springfield http://www.inap.biz/theshowroom/ interesting how the 4 door 48 caddy that looks pretty nice is asking $4250 and the 2 door 48 caddy that looks really nice is asking $22,500. Suppose the factors could be 2 vs. 4 doors, pretty nice vs. really nice and there could be tons I cant tell from one picture. Of course there's also asking price vs. what someone will pay. That 46 chevy fleetmaster looks promising too.
>>>just came across this link of cars for sale at springfield http://www.inap.biz/theshowroom<<< Hi Petebert.... thanks for "plug'n" my website. Every weekend or so I visit a car swap meet and post the cars for sale up on the web. I find lots of 30's and 40's barn fresh coupes in my travels and the HAMB members should get a kick out of the effort. As to the Caddys and how they are priced so wide apart... I don't edit the photos much but everyonce in a while I have a little fun with the spare time I get. In Duncan OK (see the archives) there was an abundance of VW's.... I placed them all next to a monster truck with those huge wheels.... then mentioned that I as editor (cook and errand boy also) of the web page... well I said I've never taken much for them VW's. Next week I'm headed to Tulsa and see what's buried down in that time capsule... I'm thinking the whole town will be a sock hop party, and lots of cars will have for sale signs on them.
