Now that is cool...and the guy obviously knows what he's doing too.
a good thread to keep watch on.

I guess arguing over this being a "Rat" rod or not is a waste of time, huh??? LoL

Cool Projest . One Question. Are they gonna work with those freaky masks on all the time..........

  9. "The Rat and the Cat build a Rat Rod" What they call a "Rat Rod" is a much nicer than a lot of the shit you see slapped together around this side of the pond...nice work, and they are using some parts I'd love to get my hands on. BTW, the masks kinda weird me out, too.

WOW! I've never seen a child's book that included blueprints for a car in it. That would have been one of my favorite books when I was a kid.

That 34 roadster is soooo classy.

Thickstun head covers, mccullogh blower, thickstun air cleaner thru the hood, E&J lights.. very, very, nice.

Terrific project and what really amazes me is that it's happening across the pond. How do people in Norway become die hard hot rodders? I guess it really is a international hobby. Very cool.

Oh, and what's up with the masks? Rat must be a rock star or something...;)

  17. What an interesting way to inspire the young ones, into the hot rod world.;)

Hey Rich (the Rod-ster) is there something wrong with me, or is everyone else affected the same way? Everytime I try to read your posts I keep looking at your avatar and forget where I'm up to.

I wish I could get my 7-year-old so interested, although he does get to be a rock star whenever I use the Stalker to pick him up at school.

The masks are a great idea. It emphasizes that this hobby should be fun, and it keeps him from pasting his daughter all over the internet.

  24. It's good to see a youngster getting involved in the madness we call rods. I can understand the masks for anonymity reasons, but those are a little bit creeeeeepy if I say so myself.

    Hello All
Just wanted to thank you all for your friendly remarks to our story.
That really helps us keeping up the spirit. It is not many days left until our deadline, the 20th of July.
We painted the frame today so now the fun part can begin, we are ready to start the final assembly.
By the way, there still are a few things that not has been sorted out yet, so we will see how things develop.

As many of you have pointed out, the masks are for privacy and also add a bit of humor to our thread.

Hey, Bondobob, I am definately not a rock star, I am just a normal guy.

    Best regards

    Jubb
