When selling a car where is the best place for me to put it up for sale on. I am trying to sell this car: 1955 Ford four door Customline. Great Shape. Interior has a couple tears in it but all stock. Ford 302 bored over to 327. New C4 transmission, disc brakes all around, lowered, new driveline, new 9in ford rear end. The car was lowered and all the things listed above were put in by Dick Long's mechanics at Dick Longs personal shop.(Which means everything is done right.) Only 200 miles put on this car after the rebuild. Power steering, after market air-condition installed, and a heater. The heater needs a new heater core. Put in a new thermostat and new edlebrock manifold. The only thing this car needs to drive a long distance is a new radiator. The one in it now is a rebuilt stock one but isn't trustworthy for long distant drives or traffic. I have this posted on the for sale section and am not trying post this so more people would look at it. I just need to good advice on what to do. The Other Question is how much could I really honestly sell for this car for. I have never sold an old car like this before. And I need to sell it.

The easiest way is sell it locally if at all possible. eBay is a hassle. Nothing meets the reserve and after the auctions over every wierdo in the country calls. The last car I had on eBay I call it the car sale from Hell.
