Quite a few of you may have seen our car in the past - it is a purple primer, unchopped '34 3-window. We have had it to many shows - but it has been quite a few years. It has been almost 10 years since we have been to the "Back to the 50's" in MN. We hope to be there in a couple of weeks. We have made a lot of changes to the car, including the new magneto, wheels/tires, etc. - as many remember - when it starts up - just about everyone at a show will know it!

I remember that thing, I often wondered where it has been. What has been going on with it? I second the request for the video/with sound.

Ratherman, call me ignorant, but can you explain your cooling system? Where is the radiator? Thanks.

To answer a couple of questions...

    - fuel block - it is an old Edelbrock fuel block that I picked up on ebay years ago. It say Edelbrock on the lower half (we have it mounted upside down). The threads were a mess, but we were able to save it...

    - cooling (or lack of) - yes, it does run without a radiator. With larger valves and a huge lift 431 Isky cam, there was a rather large pile of aluminum left after m***aging the heads. So, the poor radiator didn't have much of a chance (we did run one for a year - but it literally did not run any cooler with it - so off it came). It arrives at the show in a hauler...

    - will try to get some more pictures up when we get it out of the garage and fire it up (sorry no video camera, but I will see what I can do)

    - we always have people ask us at shows where is the flatty! We took it apart years ago to make some changes - and then other car projects took over our time/money. The car has not been fired up in almost 10 years - we are just as anxious as others are...
