the name seems to fit. I took ownership of this thing last week. Started on it wednesday night, and here it is as off tonight at 5 pm. It aint much but it is a real deal 32 ford on duece rails.
Wow Jim, I was ready to call "time of death "on that one, but you ******ed it back to life. Excellent work. Doc.
man, you did more metal work in a week than I did in the last 5 years on mine. thanks for the inspiration. showrod
SO I guess I could do something with the old cowl from my brother's chopped 32 5W Coupe !? Sure thing. It will stay up on the tree branch where it has been hangin for the last 15 years.
NEWS FLASH!!!! There are no more '32's left to save. The last one just got pieced back together. The rumor that there was an origional '32 door handle somewhere in Minnesota that was going to be restored into an '32 Vicky is just that , a rumor. Now everyone can concentrate on the dwindling supply of '84 Honda 4drs. Frank
OK! OK!! I take it back. Actually I came across another '32 5w yesterday. I already have ONE but can you really have too many? My '32 2dr, 5w and fake (Brookville ) roadster have been getting lonely and I thought if I brought this one home it would be a nice addition. I'm not saying any more about it because if I don't get it , it's already spoken for. Actually I'm just collecting them so there will be a bigger fight when I'm gone. I can only drive one at a time and the 2dr is a blast so why get in a hurry. Frank
The "Axe Murder" deuce?? The "Texas Chaisaw M***acre" Deuce?? I am seriously impressed with your work! You should join the "Alter Boys" out of M***achusetts, just so you can carry their double-bitted axe emblem! That would have made an extremely funny ratrod comment if you had just bolted it to a frame, though...now it's ruined!
That looks like the question should be "how much did you add to get that chop?" Howzit feel to make a '32 sedan from heavy tin foil?! Nice.
