I was over at the fairgrounds today for a swap meet. There were a lot of people talking about it today. It is a nice place to have this thing at.
...I was also at the Lil Hershey swap today handin out flyers for our show, seems like almost everyone has heard about this show, there should be lots of "new" rides there. A lot of guys are plannin on bringin stuff to the swapmeet also. Seems to be a lot of interest in the "S**** Drive". Less than three weeks to go! Yee Haa!

....have had lots of calls on our show the last couple of weeks, and talked with lots of guys at swaps and such, sounds like it should be a good turnout and also a very good swapmeet. ...one thing we forgot to mention anywhere... is that this is a NO TROPHY show, just a good time with cool cars and cool people. There may be a couple of special awards given out by certain vendors. ...The gates for our show/swap open at 6 AM, so there won't be any waiting around to get in. The show will run from 6 til ...? Cool, I thought maybe you guys were gonna play at Steve Zettles party that night. woops someone say party? I found my lost Hucksters cd finally. Been listening to it all week. Can't wait for the S**** Drive. When it is over maybe I will be able to sleep again.
....Stick, looked for ya at Wendy's tonite, good turnout, some different cars. ...got a couple calls today on the S**** Drive, 6-8 guys are comin from Waterford, Wis....and a few guys from Milwaukee comin on bobbers...it's gonna be a good show.
Yea man, getting close. I built a truck just for this show too! going to be bringing it along with a few others, and some other stuff. The 15 inch wheels I thought I had for the guy who was looking are too wide, so if anyone has some might be a good idea to bring them to the S**** Drive Swap. Here is a picture of the truck I built for The S**** Drive. Will be for sale too.
....don't know bout strippers, you'll have to track them down!... but, we are sposed to have a group of pinstripers at the show doing their thing thru-out the day. They will be layin lines on some "s****" items during the day that will be then auctioned off. ....if there are any of you HAMB stripers comin, you're welcome to join in , it'd be nice to know if some of you are comin, let us know.

The only thing I have left for the Roadster Truck is the steering box, exhaust and box. Sounds like a lot, but I took vacation for the whole week just to try and finish this ride for the show. I hope to get a little pinstriping done by a fellow HAMBER. I will have the number 31 on the side of my ride so look me up... On the other hand I will probably be broke after next week so we can at least shoot the bull. lol
...I've had some questions about event shirts for the S**** Drive,...shirts will be available at the show and possibly even after the show. Everyone who enters a vehicle will get a ticket good for $5 bucks off the price of a shirt,...not sure on the prices rite now but they will be reasonable. I'll know more on Saturday.
Rusty1, cant wait. I got some used cokers and a pile of rims the other day. I guess they will be in with my swap meet stuff. Got a set of '37 Chev bumpers and a bunch of lights. Also got some nos t-bird taillights. How 'bout $5 off shirts for swap meet venders? lol
Just starting to come back to real life after the Rust Revival weekend. What a great time. Now I hope we can provide a great time for everyone like the Kropdusters did in Wayland. I got talking to Doyle of the Rumblejetts last saturday nite. Let me tell ya this band is great. Doyle said the Hot Rod Hucksters are a great band. So everyone that missed last weekend you might not want to miss this saturday in Belvedere IL. I can't wait to hear some more great music. (Oh yea, i had to tell Doyle I already knew the Hucksters were great. ) **** I am gonna go through live band withdrawal in another week. LOL

Hey, I got lots of xcuses why I didn't make it to the Revival last weekend.... I was broke. My car had two windows that broke and the gl*** guy said they would be ready by Friday, I just got them today. The roofing crew screwed up and was there last weekend instead of this weekend like they was suppose to be. (why I was broke). I failed to get the Rust Revival Desk Top Art Work finished in time. Its done now.... Just wait, I can come up with some more if you give my a little time. Just to remind you guys, there will be no beer available at the S**** Drive. If'n you want some, bring your own. A WEEK OFF??????thats just crazy talk! i dont know if i can come...ive got 2 lil paint jobs to bid and my mom is comin in from cali in the morn! its 215am and i just got back from st. loius from a redbirds game!!!im so friggin wore down!ugg! im still tryin to get on up though...thinkin maybe mom will run up with me...if i can find a sitter fer da kiddies,,keep your eyes crossed for me!
