Last month a bunch of us in Austin met at Avenue Barber Shop to get our ears lowered... It turned out pretty damn cool and we had some pretty damn significant hot rods show up... Only in Austin... Anyway, we are gonna do it again this weekend - Saturday morning... Be there around 8:30 or 9:00 am. Avenue Barber Shop is on south Congress... You can get directions here.

This just in..........Beatnikontinental's roadster fresh back on Texas soil from Jimmy White and the CCHR boys will be at the barbershop on Saturday morning also. Fortunately he only lives 1 block away so it's not a long push. Come see what the CCHR guys can do..........the chassis is a work of art. It will be on the road soon, but not Flintstoned powered.

Roadster is back in Texas safe and sound in B's garage. We have the full house flat head we are getting ready to drop in after we paint the chassis and I think we might just leave the body as is for now and have some fun in that thing. It shouldn't be long before she's on the road. I think we will formulate a plan this Saturday when we see everyone at the barber shop. I can't wait to see B drivin' his car..........been way too long.
Maybe I can get a job sweepin' the barber shop floors... The Saturday gathering has a heavy homo vibe to it--just what I've been lookin for!
