this is with 3" blocks in back and 1.5 coils cut in front. it's my daily driver so i cut off the exhaust in the rear as this was dragging often and just getting damaged anyway. loud as hell, but it's been great since.

    Thats the worst thing ever!!

I hit a live skunk in my 62 Lesabre and it wedged under the car. I couldnt drive it for weeks, and it seems the smell never went away. The guy I sold it to a year later said he could even smell it a little.

Pretty much the most horrifying lowrider experience i've ever had.

  5. My skidplate (recommended) protecting my front crossmember rides 2 1/4 " from ground zero.....no bags. The ride is excellant on the highways. In-city roads and speedbumps have to be manipulated with caution. Roadkill can be a surprise, but a good ride through the gr*** helps eliminate the smell. I wouldn't have it any other way.

You CAN go too low to look traditional. When they lay right on the ground they look 21st century.

I've got 3" frame, 2" pitman arm, and 1.5" skid plate on my '55 Ply. I very rarley s****e anywhere. '55 Ply bumpers are way up in the air too so my approach and depature angles are still pretty good.
