53 chevy speedometer question

my 53 has a cracked speedometer lens. I scored a speedometer off of ebay for $5.50 but its pretty rusty. Is there a way to swap the lenses out of the speedos or is it a sealed unit?

 

They will come apart.

 

I just went and tore mine apart.
All you have to do is bent the stainless trim away from the housing and it will come right off.
