    Hey Guys,

Could some of you show me how you mounted your Rear springs, I'm having a tough time deciding how to do it. Any pics would be alright with me.

    thanks

Also the mounting of the Rear Shocks. Is it acceptable to mount rear shocks to the axle and not the Spring plates?

I want to use them, I'm just scratching my head trying to figure out where to mount the shocks to the frame. And to what degree. Everywhere I read it says the shocks have an angle of 30 degrees. I fabed up mounts for under the frame but that seems to compress the shocks too much.

I don't think the angleis all that critical.
just dont make them staight up and down.
Location is'nt all that critical either.
I just did the same thing: Swapped rears, welded new perches & shock mounts "on the housing"
and I put stuff where it was convenient and easy to install and service.
I was'nt building anything thats going to see crazy speeds around corners though.
    It's a 61 F100 unibody.
    It drives great!
