how to make a tool to put the ridge in a radiator inlet?

    pretty sure this has been posted on how to build one of these from a bolt and other stuff. did a search but did not turn up what i needed. Thanks for the help.
     
  2. here is one that i made in use , and the finished part.

    if no one else posts anything maybe i'll take a few more pictures. i really should make a new one because i made this one for what i thought would be a one time thing , but have used it many times since. i'd make it a liitle stronger (it flexes a bit) and change the design some

  6. Show me how to make one. Williams wants $419.00 for the tool, To much for me, I`m cheap !!
     
  7. check the site metalmeet.com i remember seeing a tool to do this that does this. it fit inside the tubing and seemed to work great.
