Tri power linkage

A friend of mine has a 3-2 set-up with progressive linkage that works from one side!! its for use with regular carbs on a 3 duece set up.(all Primary 2cg's)
He says its froma company called"eccot", he thinks!!
Can anyone shed some light on this?

I got my tri-power linkage from Vintage Speed---I know,I know---lots of people have had problems with them--but never have,and I've ordered stuff from Charlie for years--wife's kinda different--

 

But yours has Primary secondary carb bases, i'm running everything off the drivers side.
