i am definitely looking forward to making it to this show. i am gonna be busting my ass to get my truck there as well. who all else is going to be there?

I'll have a NAPA booth there with paint and parts so you can break stuff on your cars,

I'll be going but probably not with the car. Not sure it is cool enough for that crowd, even with tuck and roll, finned aluminum and moon goodies. LOVE that show though. The Rumble and the Pileup are two of my favorites.

yep. I'll be in the '36. Not sure what the shop is bringing yet.

 

This'll be the shakedown run for our '58 after being off the road since '83. If things go well, we're gonna make the cinematic. Oh yeah, it's nothing special, but it's my first truly old car...

I might actually make it to this one. Da Man's been keeping me down pretty bad lately, so hopefully I can escape for a while. One of my favorite shows of all!

A couple of us are driving over. Last years was a blast. I keep checking with the hotel for rooms but they are still booked solid anybody know what other hotels are close by this one?

 

Check out the for sale ads as someone was offering up their reservations for nothing, first come first served.

Russco, there are a couple of motels about 1/4 mile from the Waterfront Clarion.

Both of these motels are right on the corner of Crawfordsville Rd. and 136 or high School Rd.

There's a Red Roof Inn in that intersection as well.

The Dollar Inn that you speak of is a pit and looks like hookers work outta it.......not that there's anything wrong with that.....

 

Dont kid your self, all the hotels on that corner are a little questionable. Denise is right about the Dollar in though, stay clear unless it is a last resort.

Another good option is a holiday inn express in Brownsburg IN. The next exit straight out I74 just about 10 minutes west of the water front. Very nice, and clean area.

You can always hit the hotels around the airport and on west I-70, too... they're not too far at all from the Clarion.

What I wanna know is how you guys know so much about hookers working out of the Dollar Inn??? Yeah any of the motels around the airport would only be about a 10 minute drive to the show. See 'ya there. If 'ya stay at the Dollar Inn bring me a hooker....prepaid of course!!!

 

Bill, I definitely would like to ride in the '37. We'll get Lee and the '53 and maybe let the rest of the troops ride in the lowered burban. Looking forward to it.

Maybe next year, I dump the 4.88 gears and drive too!
