Before anyone makes a crack about the "invisible" part, I don't have pics of it...what "it" is, is a Stewart Warner piece that was screwed into the speedometer cable port on a Saginaw 3 spd gearbox, I first thought it was to adjust the speedo for oversized tires/gearing...but it appears to be a 1:1 drive...it's not a straight through box, but rather a dog-leg about 2 inches long...is it indeed what I thought it was? I'll try to get the serial number for you guys later...

SW made right angle adaptors for changing cable direction in tight spaces. Sound right?

Most likely an angle adapter for clearance in the tunnel.

It should be for correcting ur speed it may only be 0.90-1.10 correction. you may have to turn it 10 revolutions to see it turn9-11 times, if ur doin 66mph and only reading 60mph. 4wd's may use as much as 2.5-1 but recheck it, some cars offered more than 1wheel/tire combo and corrected the speedo by this item only camaro/nova with 195/70r14 w/o,235/60r15 w
