    My thoughts??? Looks good...DAMN good!!!
    Gonna chop it?.....please say no......hahaha!!!
Is that the planned ride height??? Or will the back come up???
    Get the V/C's from Marty???
    Diggin' the engine too!!!!

  3. kick ass is what i think. the wood grain is different. hate suggesting to copy somone else but routing the exhaust through the spare tire mount looks pretty sick. id say leave it as is and put a top on like jesse james did on his ohso sweet build. call it good.

  5. Looking good, I like the wood grain on the carbs. Got to love that body style, just looks great how ever you put it together.

I keep leaning toward using some different kind of wheels on my project because the red wheels just seem to be overdone, but every time I see those red wheels and wide whites, I just can't get over how much I love them. I've always loved the colors red/black/white together.

Looking good. Tell us more about that wood graining. I assume its painted on metal scoops?

Glad to see the headers arrived safely.
    Keep up the good work.
That front swoop in the frame is crazy cool.

I was pretty stoked on this until I read this post. Fuckin' ruined it for me. Looks high quality, and an very nice job. So lets take all that hard work and then dress it up like some RatRod Shit box. The only reason my cars, and any cars back in the days, didn't have nice paint and chrome was money. Ask any old timer. Not a single one will tell you " Yeah I had one just like it, had plenty of money, but wanted to leave it looking like a pile of shit because its Ol'Skool Kool." Make it Look nice for Fuck Sake.

Sorry for the rant, and didn't mean to sound insulting. I dig the build. I probably would ditch the reds and WW's too. It's just I see a whole lot of potentally great looking cars done crappy just to be "extreme". I never really cared much for that look and the more I see it the less I like it. "In progress" and "barn fresh" are one thing, but this is clearly a fresh build so why not do it right? Anyway, the point was, I love the build, I just am full up on the "ratrodding extreme" look. In my eyes its worse than a teal 37 with painted grill, bumpers, and cotton candy spash graphics.
