anybody got a ford parts book?

ok, one more question tonite. got this piece of chrome and it is nos. but i can,t figure out what it goes to. here is the part number. 69eb c296ko4 ba. is it for a 62 model?

i just scaned the paper that was in the box. it might be for one of those old mercury capris, cause there was a nos bumper for one of them in the pile i bought

 

Wierd!! definately not for a US model Ford. Different part number system also. Nothing in the Ford Master Parts Catalog

 

Must be German, maybe a Volkswagen. Look at that character on the U.
