what to do with my flathead...sell...trade...keep

im wonderin what to do with my flathead its a 8ba with 4speed trans newly rebuilt generator and starter rebuilt and ccleaned carb turns over all it needs are distributor stuff and plugs and i have no monney for it after i bought my olds and im not sure if i should sell it or keep it till i finish my olds then start on another car to throw it in

 

well,if you have no money and a unfished olds,you can bite the bullet,sell the flatty and 4spd and finish your olds,but thats just my opinion

 

It dosen't cost anything to feed if you keep it There's always someone looking for a flatty if you need some cash....

keep the flatty do it out with vintage speed equipment and run the son of a bitch each day and be proud to roll with the flathead tradition. keep it old school ,there is nothing like the looks ,sound and satisfaction of a fully dressed flathead,dont listen to the haters with there SBC bullshit ,respect tradition,real engines dont have valve covers

 

Trade it for a set of capitol letters and some periods.

 

ya i think i will keep it till im ready i can do all i want with my olds if i spend all my paycheck on it and the last of the pennys.... thanks
